Terms of Service

Last updated: June 15, 2026

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before deploying VeloWorker ("the Service", "the AI Agent") on your merchant storefront.

1. General Service Description

VeloWorker provides autonomous sales interaction agents powered by Large Language Models (LLMs). The Service automates shopper conversations, retrieves catalog details, recovers abandoned carts, and responds to FAQs.

2. B2B Limitation of Liability

VeloWorker is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. In no event shall VeloWorker, its directors, or developers be liable for:

  • Any loss of revenue, profits, sales, or business operations caused by automated AI sales rep declarations, price negotiations, or catalog objections.
  • System downtime, connection latency, or database retrieval failures affecting checkout sequences.

3. Automated Assistant Transparency

Merchants must ensure that their storefront chat widget displays a visible disclosure informing end-users that they are interacting with an automated AI assistant. The AI agent must not pretend to be a physical human employee if explicitly asked by a shopper.

4. Allowable Use & Indemnification

You agree to comply with all regional guidelines, including the CCPA and GDPR, regarding shopper data collection. You agree to indemnify and hold VeloWorker harmless from any claims or liabilities arising from customer interactions on your storefront.
